I'm Gorgeous is a New Zealand Owned company and provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at I'm Gorgeous, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future I'm Gorgeous service or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with I'm Gorgeous, whether or not included in the I'm Gorgeous website, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business.
I'm Gorgeous is proud to be associated with DPS, New Zealand's largest and most preferred payment gateway provider. I'm Gorgeous does not collect or store any credit card information. This information is all processed by DPS. When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by DPS to enter your payment details. The DPS hosted payments page is secured using SSL.
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a method of ensuring that information submitted through your website is secure and cannot be accessed by unauthorised users. When a site offers an SSL-secured form, the information submitted via that form (typically credit card information) is encrypted using a special certificate key and then decrypted with another key after it has been transmitted. When users access a site secured with SSL using their browser, a symbol displays in their browser windows indicating that the site is secure.
Pricing will be displayed in either New Zealand dollars or US Dollars depending on your delivery country. New Zealand prices are exclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax at 15%). No GST will be applied to overseas orders. Your credit card issuer may apply charges for currency conversion. I'm Gorgeous will not cover the cost of these charges or accept responsibility for any currency conversion charges.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and bank to bank transfers. Please note, your card information is not disclosed to any other party. Goods will only be dispatched once full payment has been received and funds have been cleared, typically two days with Visa, Mastercard and American Express. The name that will appear on your statement will be I'm Gorgeous.
Delivery / Freight Costs
Freight will be calculated and applied to your order before payment is required.
We will either offer a credit or exchange the goods for alternative items. Please note that the freight return to I'm Gorgeous is at the cost of the customer. The cost of delivery of the exchanged items are also at the cost of the customer irrespective of whether the customer is in New Zealand or internationally based. We do not provide cash refunds.
We will not refund your return freight costs. We will only accept goods returned with prior notification through correspondence with our sales department at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can only accept items returned if they are within their original packaging. The original invoice must accompany the returned item. We will not accept returns from countries outside New Zealand.All returned goods must be sent to I'm Gorgeous Ltd. There is no return or exchange for sale items. Shippng and/or delivery charges will not be refunded. I'm Gorgeous will not accept returns for any non-faulty item that has been used, and/or had tags removed. I'm Gorgeous does not accept returns due to normal wear and tear on used items.We cannot guarantee that we will be willing to accept the item for return or exchange if you do not contact us via email within ten days of receiving your goods. We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags.
Please note each item purchased is quality control checked prior to being sent out.
In the event of an exchange, items are subject to product availability. The customer will incur any shipping costs for returning items to be exchanged. We can only exchange an item for a different style, and colour subject to our stock availability. All exchange enquiries can be made by contacting email@example.com with EXCHANGE in your subject heading. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received (within ten days) and undergone a quality control check back at head office. Please be aware that you will incur an additional freight charge for the delivery of the replacement item.
Receiving a Refund
Once your package has been returned to us within the above stated time frame, unless otherwise authorized by the Director at I'm Gorgeous Limited, we will begin to process your refund request. Each item will undergo a quality control check and once verified, your refund will be processed in the original payment format as your purchase was made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchasers credit card including GST, excluding courier charges. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your bank institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account once they have received the information from imgorgeous.co.nz.
Please note: if we receive your return in a condition which we feel is not fit for exchange or refund we shall get in touch with you to discuss next steps. imgorgeous.co.nz reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only items which imgorgeous.co.nz can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange, so that they have reached our returns department within the time frame outlined above (unless otherwise arranged with and agreed to by imgorgeous.co.nz.
If you change your mind after payment has been accepted, and before goods are dispatched, your order can be cancelled. We will happily fully refund your payment as long as you have notified us in writing prior to receiving your shipping notification from us.
Please note we try to dispatch goods on the same day as payment is accepted, and if this falls on the weekend we will dispatch on the next working day.
If goods have been dispatched then the refund policy applies and you will need to return the goods to us. Delivery costs are non refundable.
New Zealand Law
Any goods supplied or sold by I'm Gorgeous, are sold or supplied under contract of New Zealand Law. The Laws of sale and contract by any other country do not apply.
The personal information supplied to I'm Gorgeous Limited will be stored by I'm Gorgeous on a secure server. All information is encrypted whilst in transit. I'm Gorgeous will not share your personal information with any other third party. Whilst all care is taken to offer a secure system we cannot provide a 100% guaranteed secure system. Please note, the information you provide is provided at your own risk.
